ABOUT THE WINE
The Cream is a generous wine liquor prepared by mixing of liquor wines that have been oxidatively aged with a significant contribution of natural sweet wine or rectified concentrated grape must. The entire process of aging is therefore oxidative in nature and the final wine must contain at least 115 g/l sugar.
The wine offers an intense, deep, seductive nose with staggering complexity. Roasted, hints of candy, orange peel, nuts and raisins.
