About the Product

Single-varietal cuvée of Chardonnay cultivated on the terroirs of Mardeuil and Hautvillers. The vinification is done, partly in oak barrels. Its discreet woodiness makes it an elegant and refined Champagne. The Chardonnay gives its liveliness and freshness.This Champagne will go perfectly with white-fleshed fish in a light sauce as well as poultry.
