About the Wine

Preciso Primitivo is produced using only the best hand-picked Primitivo grapes from low-yielding vineyards in Puglia.  A portion of these grapes are dried (appassimento) for a brief period to concentrate their aromas and rich fruit flavours.

Intense ruby red color, aromas of cherries, raspberries and currants.  The wine has a pleasant spicy character, with a full, soft taste and a long-lasting aftertaste.
