ABOUT THE WINE

A melange of green ‘n yellow citrus, hay ‘n white blossoms, wet slate, subtle orange, honey, toasted flakes, lime,  marmalade, crush oyster shell & bracing acidity with zippy lemon-salt twang on the finish of this lithe wine. An ideal foil to fresh seafoods, a simple roast fowl with garden greens or an accompaniment to fine fromage. Best decanted & served ever so slightly chilled. Cellaring is advised, as this lithe wine will flesh out in years to come.
