An old skool Claret-styled interpretation of Stellenbosch Cabernet – a tad shy initially with hints of graphite, pencil shavings ‘n heady purple/red spice afterwards unfurling with bright black hedgerow fruit, crème de cassis, subtle undertones of fynbos, black tea, oak spice and moreish savoury edged finish.
