About The Wine
This is a sparkling wine made in the traditional Méthode Cap Classique (“MCC”), consisting entirely estate-grown Chardonnay grapes. Only the cuvée fraction of pressed juice was used to ensure the purest and most elegantly bottled product. Matured on the lees for 42 months before disgorgement and dosage.
Fresh and clean aromatics with minerality and bright notes of lemon and lime. Elegant and complex, with vibrant acidity, focus and a dry finish. Cellar this Cap Classique for five to twelve years to allow maximum character development and enjoyment.
