Natural aperitif drink made from fresh Chardonnay 2019 grape juice from exclusively our Champagne vineyard located in Cumières and Champagne brandies distilled in 2019 by the operation on copper stills in the communal workshops of Mardeuil. Unfined, unfiltered, this liqueur may present, over time, a slight deposit proving its natural character.

To be enjoyed chilled, as an aperitif or dessert, or combined with melon or foie gras.
