Natural aperitif drink made from fresh Pinot Noir 2019 grape juice exclusively from our Champagne vineyard located in Cumières and Champagne Eaux-de-vie distilled in 2019 by the operation on copper stills in the communal workshops of Mardeuil. Unfined, unfiltered, this liqueur may present, over time, a slight deposit proving its natural character.

To be enjoyed chilled, as an aperitif or dessert, or combined with melon or foie gras.
