About The Beer

A fresh gooseberry and citrus aroma, with a light smooth malt character and hints of grapefruit in the flavour. A slight vinous character makes this beer light and crisp.

This lager beer is inspired by wine country. In September of 2020, we brewed the revised version of our Brut Lager recipe with the new edition of the Nelson Sauvin™ hops. Nelson Sauvin™ is a very unique hop all the way from Hop Revolution farm in New Zealand.
