About The Wine

This wine is the ideal accompaniment to a variety of seafoods as well as white meat  dishes. Through our winemaking we aim to capture the rich texture and balanced  acidity that Roussanne is known for. A blend of stone fruit and subtle floral aromas are supported by gentle oak flavours derived from the use of old 500-litre barrels.
