About the Wine
Beneath a pale gold colour, the nose does not immediately express its full potential. It needs to be a little airy: it is a wine to keep, sometimes 5 to 10 years. Our Premier Crus has a great aromatic complexity, which predisposes them to many combinations, including hot oysters and fish in sauce. Le Beauroy will work wonders on chitterlings and snails, among other things.
