About the Wine
Soave is an Italian white wine made of Garganega grapes grown around the medieval village of Soave in Northern Italy. Soave wine is known for its melon-and-orange-zest flavors as well as its ability to improve with age. This wine is pale straw coloured with green highlights, a fresh, fruity bouquet. Crisp fruit and refreshing acidity on the palate, finishing dry. Tajapiera Soave makes an excellent partner for soups, starters, especially vegetable or seafood dishes .
