ABOUT THE WINE

Like a tiger in a fitted Armani tuxedo – lime ‘n  lemon curd, bright spice, just ripe white  nectarine, apricot, cling peach ‘n mango,  pineapple ‘n jasmine blossom, all wound round a  core of lime zest, tangerine, honey & wet slate  finish. A definite two glass or more wine. Best  served lightly chilled enjoyed with rustic poultry  dishes, an autumnal snoek on the braai, Cape  Malay dishes or selection of fine fromage and charcuterie. Cellar with confidence.
